A&C constitutes a strong, reliable and professional construction and installation company in Qatar. From specialized buildings and industrial complex, our company mobilizes all resources to fulfill the customer requirements.

For the past 50 years, we executed major projects and offered services such as engineering, construction, procurement, installation and development.

A&C currently provides services to the Qatari market in the engineering, procurement and construction of Industrial projects, mobile telescopic crane services for installation works, industrial plants development, asphalt and concrete production.

With an impressive list of achievements, all projects have been executed in the most professional way.

History:

Abdullah Abdulghani Nasser sons group of companies is a leader name in the growing industry and business environment of Qatar since the early sixties (1958).

The company actively participated to the emergence of Qatar as one of the fastest developing G.C.C. states, with a center stage on the international scene, through activities in trading with major associated ventures, in real estate development, and industries.

Since the late Abdullah Abdulghani Nasser, the family always prevail the values of ethics, integrity and professionalism in every step of their business development. A&C integrate all these values in its development.

Societe des Etablissements Louis Cardahi, a leading Engineering Construction and Installation Company was founded, in 1959, and contributed significantly to the construction market in Lebanon, France (1985), Qatar (2006) and Bahrain (2007).

Over 50 years of experience business and expertise in the construction business and electro-mechanical installation were made available to A&C in Qatar.

Business identity and objectives:

Two main streams of activities drive the development of A&C, the first being the contracting line of business and the second being the industrial development.

In the first stream, A&C identified itself as an EPIC / EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Construction). The EPC activity covered in the past years mainly the Tower Construction (ACT), Electrical Sub-station (ABB), the Industrial Buildings (Qatalum), Networks (Ashghal) and Universal Wrapping Factory (UWF).

In the second stream, A&C set up an industrial plant in order to satisfy the market in concrete supply and concrete precast element through ALFAMIX in Mesaieed area.
